Dear Parents/Guardians, 

Sherpa Kids is delighted to provide School Aged Childcare at your school for the new school year. We will provide Rise then Shine (Before School Care) from 8am-9am, Stay and Play (Afterschool Care) from 1:40pm – 6:00pm during term time and Holiday Programmes from 9am-5pm during non-term time.

Timeline of booking process

• Monday 8th April, registration sent to families. Deadline of Monday 29th April to submit forms.
• Registration forms will be reviewed by the Sherpa Kids team from Monday 1st May - Friday 31st May.
• Booking will be confirmed on or before Tuesday 4th June.
• Deposits to be paid by 17th June.

To submit a booking request for the new school year 2024, please follow the steps 1 to 4 below.

Step 1

Registration can be completed by clicking on the link below and selecting BALN Sherpa Kids Ballinora NS as the ‘branch’.

Step 2  

Please fill out the attached document and return to us by email. The document requires completion of the following:

1.       Booking/Registration Form: The booking form must be completed as per your required days from August/September 2024, if your booking changes at any point from the original application, please be advised that you may be at risk of losing your place. This form is intended for set weekly bookings that do not change.

2.       Enrolment Form: Please complete all fields accordingly.

3.       Permissions Form: Please tick each box to give consent. If you do not wish to give consent, please do not tick the box.

4.       Parent Contract: Parent contract must read and signed by parent/guardian.

Step 3  

Please send us a photo of your child. This will be used for our clock in and clock out system only and for no other purpose. 

Step 4

National childcare scheme: If you are registered with the national childcare scheme, please send us a screenshot of your child/ren’s award in August, 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the new school year.

To find put more information about the National childcare scheme. please click HERE. Please note the screenshot must include your child/ren’s date of birth, hours awarded and the CHICK code. 

Once you have completed steps 1-4 and returned the necessary paperwork, we will then be able to process your booking. Please note that your place will ONLY be confirmed when you receive a confirmation email along with your unique account code for transfer of deposit.
