Welcome to Cárta – a joint initiative by three groups in Ballinora Parish: Ballinora NS, the Parents’ Association and the Parish Council. Our aim is to provide a means to make occasions such as birthdays, First Communions and other events more meaningful while at the same time freeing parents from some of the financial burdens that can be associated with them.
